OUR COMPANY & MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND
Built around the work, from Shenzhen to Xi'an.
Our three-person materials R&D centre in Shenzhen supports material choice and product trials. In Xi'an, carrier development and manufacturing bring that work into drawing-specific blue-steel, stainless-steel, polymer and composite constructions.
We review the drawing, machine fit, contact material and inspection target before settling on a construction. Samples and trial feedback guide the next change; when the process calls for more than a carrier, we also check how the pad, plate and polishing chemistry work with it.
Production capacity across the nine product families
Daily capacity: 5,000+ steel and stainless carriers, 6,500+ epoxy and resin carriers, and 150+ adsorption and holding pads. Monthly capacity: 51,000+ composite lapping carriers, 400+ lapping and grinding plate sets, 600+ conditioning ring and wheel sets, 500+ cleaning and brush disc sets, 50,000+ PU polishing pads, and 15,000+ litres of polishing slurry.

We manufacture drawing-specific lapping carriers and finishing tools. The wider product range includes lapping plates, polishing pads, conditioning and cleaning tools, slurries and abrasives. We discuss these together when they affect the finished surface.
NewwaySmart also works across materials, wafer packaging, molds and precision manufacturing. Here, the focus stays on the customer's finishing problem.
